At Carlos Simpson Art, we are committed to providing original artworks, books and creative publications of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your rights and the process for returning an item.

1. Your Right to Return

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 15 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Be unused and free from damage caused after delivery.
  • Include all original packaging and accompanying materials where applicable.

2. Original Artwork

Original artworks are individually created and carefully inspected before dispatch.

Returns are accepted within the 15-day return period provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging.

If an artwork arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The artwork.
  • The packaging.
  • The shipping label.

This enables us to investigate the matter promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.

3. Books and Publications

Books and printed publications may be returned within 15 days of delivery provided they remain in new, unused condition.

Returns cannot be accepted for books that have been significantly used, damaged after delivery or altered by the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement.
  • Exchange.
  • Repair where applicable.
  • Full refund.

5. Exchanges

We are pleased to exchange eligible products where stock is available.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Products damaged after delivery through misuse, negligence or improper handling.
